I Don't Think So
Video for “I Don’t Think So” from Dinosaur Jr’s Without A Sound
“Geppetto fabricated (and performed in!) these wildly wonderful, wearable puppets featured in DINOSAUR JR.‘S classic Warner Brothers’ music video, “I don’t think so”. Directed by the tremendously talented Greg Stump, it was shot in about a week, entirely in and around several colorful locations in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
This outrageously funny video is one of our all time favorites, featuring Scott Molampy as a giant hot pink yeti and partner, Will Mills, as a gnarly, hunchbacked neanderthal-esque bartender.
And the gregarious, blonde beauty puppet (think: big busted version of Joni Mitchell, or, perhaps, Marianne Faithfull, circa 1968) was hysterically puppeteered by the incomparably beautiful and truly fabulous multi-media artist, Ace Mackay Smith.” - Geppetto Studios
