OriginalPosterLostParticipantThat was great! I made a mix tape for some friends one time and I had the clip where he says "It was dark out there" which of course smoothly leads right into ‘Out There’.
My fav (so far) has to be from ‘Grace Of My Heart’ where he is behind the mixing board and they are recording ‘The Pickle Song’. Everyone starts going on about how they will never be able to pull it off live and that the theremin (spelling?) is a bit too strange. He is the only one defending the song which I thought was just classic. I read in an interview with J and Alison Anders that all of that was just ad-libbed so it worked out well

OriginalPosterLostParticipantHowza ’bout somebody posts a list of known J cameos? I saw him in Grace of My Heart (Trés Cool!) and that’s about it. I know he’s in The Year Punk Broke (not really a cameo, per se) and I think HYPE! (right?) and Gas Food Lodging (haven’t seen it yet), but could there possibly be more? I am ignorant!
