SiphonophoraParticipantHave loved J’s work for a long time. Meeting others who do seems to rarely happen to me, so here I am.

HalfmanParticipantSiphonophora,
Welcome aboard! I hope you will find the people here as friendly and accomodating as I have in my brief stay. Jeremiah, the sysop ( now that word really can show a person’s age[mine of course] ) is in the process of adding and refining some things so stick around, I think you will be pleased. Not that you should feel obligated to do so, but some folks have listed in this topic section the experience they had when being introduced to J and his music for the first time. It seems to be a good get-to-know deal also with the regular posters. Either way, have fun!

SiphonophoraParticipantFirst heard Dinosaur Jr. when I was somewhere about 11 or 12, um, like 10 years ago. My older sister had liked em cause of some guy she was dating. But I was the one who ended up really enjoying every dino song I heard. When she broke up with her boyfriend I confiscated her dino tapes and basically wore them out. One of my favorite dino albums is Without A Sound. I must have listened to that tape nearly everyday throughout high school. Its funny how there are some things you can never tire of hearing….

dfkgurlParticipantWelcome! You will find lots of kindred spirits here. Jeremiah has done a fantastic job of giving us a gathering place and I think we are all ever grateful to him for that.
