During some acrobatics earlier today I managed to kill my trusty Model One

So I’m in need of a new kitchen radio. And I’m thinking about going for Model Two in a combination with Model CD.

So I can listen to cd’s in the kitchen as well.
Does anyone here have this combination? Or have anyone heard it?(or rather music played on it?) Is it as good as the radio :?:

Yeah, what’s strange about having a kitchen? ….it’s the perfect place to perform some daring acrobatics with a kitchen radio…..

I somewhat feel that there’s some underlying jokes at my expense here buckmeister :D
And the acrobatics weren’t with the kitchen radio, it was more a victim of the acrobatics.

Robert, I’m sorry I don’t understand what you were doing in your kitchen EARLY this morning. Were you sitting in a lotus position on a Kitchen counter, singing traditional norwegian songs?

I agree with Like a Ghost, that is a really cool looking little radio, I have never seen one like that. Where does it come from?

Oh, My husband banned me from Freak Scene today even though I told him my whole computer time each day is about 40 mins. and usually when I sit down for lunch or breakfast. My car headlights have started going on and off (he says it’s a short) and he told me instead of wasting time on Freak Scene. Ishould get a screwdriver and take off the steering column ,grab the owners manual from the dash and fix the problem. That is what happens when you grow up with 5 boys and no sisters, He still can’t figure out why I don’t handle simple car or electric repairs myself. I thought I had a lot of boy energy in me but I quess NOT ENOUGH.

It was not THAT early in the morning. And, lol, no there were no singing of Anne Knutsdotter or anything like that :)
The radio was designed by an audio guru called Henry Kloss, if I’m not mistaken he was from massachusetts.
He wants you to mess around with the electrical system on your car? + he called it wasting time on freakscene? Shame on him :)

Thats what I’m saying, he needs a good "slapping around" :slap: . No, I think really he is too busy to get around to it today and is feeling guilty. He loves to "dick" around with electronic things and fix them. I think it was growing up in South America, things were so hard to come by and if they broke you fixed them. Anyway to fix your radio? I can’t believe that goodlooking thing is American! Who knew? Probably a few.

    that sounds pretty hazardous.

to fix my radio I’m guessing I would have to get hold of a voodoo priest and the patron saint of small electrical appliances. and those guys don’t grow on trees in my neighbourhood.
