i was just reading an email from the carling venues + i saw this :

has anyone heard these guys or seen them live ?

L7 were such a great band … I saw them once @ the old 9.30 club in DC + they blew me away …

L7 were great Jennifer Finch added alot to them,it was a shame when she left the band.L7 seemed to find a way to mix Motorhead and The Ramones thru the eyes of women which was cool.

same goes for unsane + jesus lizard … they were not pretenders … they really meant it …
