alicemudgarden_jrParticipantHi there, I’m currently trying to tab everything off the first 3 albums Dinosaur, YLOAM, Bug including the solos. I’m just tired, as I’m sure many of you are, of never being able to find tabs and when you do they rarely have solos and some are just completly wrong. I’m self taught and it bugs me when tabs are written in chords because I only know the names of a few. Here are the ones I have and there are tabs here from other people too so enjoy. This page is usually updated with new tabs so keep an eye out.

lookitssamParticipant"alicemudgarden_jr " wrote:Gargoyle including Solo (Got to be close to 100%)Aw man, I was gonna post that one.
Anyway, your tabs are great. Keep doing stuff and I’ll try to help if I can, I’m not that great at figuring songs out.
January 7, 2006 at 8:57 am #113645
alicemudgarden_jrParticipantlol, 2 tabs are better than one! Have you tabbed the solo too because I’m not sure on the first little part but the rest of it I’m almost certain is right. Any help from you at all will be really appriciated Sam, thank you

malkmusParticipantHey Sam, keep doing what your doing, I really appreciate it.
I might have a few little corrections on the Raisans solo tab, which I will post sometime soon and let me know what you think (cause I could be wrong).
Also, I know what you mean about how its annoying when tabs are just written as chords, and this site helps me out whenever I need to know one, I hope it can help you too.http://www.jguitar.com/chordsearch?chordsearch=”>http://www.jguitar.com/chordsearch?chordsearch=
The chord namer on the site is handy as well if you need to know the name for a chord which you know the note positions of.
Anyway, keep up the good work, and in my opinion, keep on posting whatever you have worked out, thanks again!January 8, 2006 at 7:36 am #113647
alicemudgarden_jrParticipantHi Malkmus, Thanks so much for that website, I being trying to find a website like that but the ones I found sucked. Corrections are very welcome on that raisans tab because I know a couple of parts are off. I’ll try and post what I have often on this page when I have the time. I’ll put Little Furry Things now which I’m sure is perfect and is a really fun song to play:

malkmusParticipantHey alicemudgarden_jr, thats an awesome Little Fury Things tab, thanks so much.
I just tried to align it better for you and for others to see. You should just type your tabs in notepad, then as Mattman said, put them in a preformatted text button and it should be fine.I was wondering though, whether I have the alignment in the verse right, tell me if its not and I’ll change it for you.

I’m working on the bassline to In A Jar, who knows when that’ll be done.

The [ pre ] is like telling it to start being preformatted text, and the [ /pre ] means end pre formatted text. (I should mention if you didn’t realise I’m writing the [ pre ] with spaces so that you are able to see it rather than the web browser thinking its code.)
E.g.
[ pre ]
Tab Here
[ /pre ]Not like this, cause I don’t think it will work.
[ pre ] [ /pre ]
Tab Here
[ pre ] [ /pre ]Also, I’d suggest even if for some reason the pre tag thing doesn’t work for you, just have it typed and aligned in notepad and don’t worry if it gets messed up in the forums, because people can always just paste it into notepad if need be. And if its on a tab website or just as a txt file on the net somewhere it will be aligned properly then.
P.S. Thanks so much once again for the Yeah We Know tab, I’ll try it soon, but I don’t want to stop playing Little Fury Things
