This is up on ebay right now, seller lists the Dinosaur Lapel Pin as released by SST to promote Bug. Anyone else know anything about these, going cheap…ebay auction

never heard of anything like this, smells kind of fishy from where I’m standing. I mean, how the hell is a brontosaurus pin connected to dinosaur jr? other than the fact that a brontosaurus is a dinosaur. it’s a f*in huge dinosaur as well, not much of a junior.
but then again, stupider promo stuff has been released.

I’ve never heard of this, but I can’t imagine someone making it up. If you’re going to make up a story to sell a lapel pin, you’re not going to go "it’s a promotional item for a band that broke up 7 years ago" you’d say something like "rare lapel pin given out to donors of the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History," or something that would make it appeal to a larger audience. I dunno. :?
