San Fran Show on Aug 18

Is anyone going to the show that could tell me what the Filmore is like? Sounds dumb, but I’m not from Cali and have never been there. How early should I get there? I can’t believe I’m seeing them. I’m so excited. No one I know out here is into them.

well you can get a lot of info from th fillmore website as far as what kinda room it is…
and since the show starts @ 9pm/doors @ 8pm and is sold out there will be a line of people starting around noon ! peeps like to wait/party in line here-
we’re showin up around 7 just so we can get within shoutin distance of the stage.

7 as in 7am!!!?!?! Jesus, i don’t have that kind of time. Usually i come at around 2-3 before the show, and we would be the first ones there. This was the case in berkeley when i went to see the pixies. Anyways i’m going to the show and i’m very excited, gonna drive from san jose all the way to san fran to see dinosaur jr rock out. I want to arrive there before they do soundcheck. Do you know what time they’ll arrive at fillmore?
