I’m back in the u.s. after a few weeks in europe doing bass for j mascis the fog. it was a blast and now I’ll be able to put up the tour diaries for both touring w/j and for the last two weeks w/the pliers in the u.s. bugs but fought them off successfully each time. my playing and stamina on stage is much improved since I started playing after the illness. it was very hard at the start and through the pliers tour and even the first of j’s tour but towards the end I’ve gotten stronger and more confident. thanks to all the listeners and gig-goers that supported me through this re-building time.

I will tour again w/j starting at the end of jan w/some u.s.-canadian-japan gigs. no details yet. j went to india yesterday for a month.

I play new year’s eve in s.f. opening for les claypool w/banyan (nels and perk). have a hollywood gig next saturday (dec 23) w/the pliers at the knitting factory. will be able to update the hoot
page soon so will let you know. sorry for the incommunicado situation. in the next weeks, I’ll get to all the mail at the
[email protected]… address too. lots of stuff brewing for watt – there’s the next li’l pit and dos recordings coming up too…
