Pigfuck as music?

I’ve run into this term occasionally when looking up bands online. I know Big Black, Scratch Acid, and the Butthole Surfers were all dubbed "pigfuck" bands by the media in the 1980s, but what does this definition actually entail?

Never heard that description probably some term a music critic came up with.Those bands are usually called noise rock most times.Where pigs come into the picture I don`t know…

I think it originated in Forced Exposure magazine, either coined by Byron Coley or Jimmy Johnson.

yeh that one didnt stick to well… i’d jsut put them in the psych idustrial bin.. pigfuck is reserved for the fat pedarest and cop nobber in my book.
