Try Car Review – Car Audio Reviews. They have consumer reviews on just about everything you can put in your car….
Or if you are partial to other review sites, use those..or.. Just go to the local electronics retailer, see what they have in your price range, and check the reviews from those who already have used them.. I used audioreview.com when I was looking for a new DVD player and AV receiver, and when I clicked on the link for car audio, it brought me to carreview.com..
Happy Shopping!!!

Carl.ParticipantAs I am sitting here in this hotel in Berkeley, CA.. I went to ameoba’s web site.. got directions, drove.. and bought (but have not listened to in their entirities)..
J Mascis – Free so Free (what I have heard so far, 4 songs in the car, sound really good.. )
GBV – Bee ThousandWhy I have not listened to them, you may be asking yourselves? (or maybe not, but I am going to tell you anyway).. Apparently, I need to access the floppy drive on the laptop, so I had to remove the DVD.. Well, guess who did NOT replace the DVD? Yep, me … oh well, gives me something to listen to on the way to the customer site.
