AatosParticipantSandanista: Ive heard Mt Hood is veeeeery expensive, but i guess it is one of the best resorts for freestyle snowboarding in the States.

AatosParticipantBought Ten Years After – Cricklewood green. Im a little bit dissapointed at it because it is far from as good as my dads old TenYearsAfter-Undead.. Maybe that is a band that sounds best live.

POMEGRANATES are everywhere. This family thinks they are great, perhaps as great as J Mascis. 1/2 of one is going in every lunchbox this week, and the next and next, I am sure.
We bought a basket of pomegranates this week, Pomegranates grow well here, I should invest in a bush soon.
Aatos, I love ten years after, I had several albums but many years ago lost them in a bad breakup. When I see your age I am reminded that I am probably the age of your Mom and Dad.

What is a pomegranate anyway?Wow, I just really scared myself, I just had a very bad dream (4:46 am) I dreamed that I took the children plus Anna into a flood situation and we became trapped in the water. I woke up in a panic and decided I couldn’t go back to sleep. I went to the washroom and then to the fridge and grabbed the JUG OF POMEGRANATE CIDER in my fridge and gulped straight from the jug.
I would NEVER do this during the day in front of the children and friends so…………….I decided to come to freak scene and then to the news before I make breakfast etc. and I see LIKEAGHOST’s post. and the first sentence threw me off "Saw pomegranate cider in my fridge, scared the hell out of me, and for a moment I thought (still not fully awake) that "Likeaghost" had been in my house, so weird………I got the shivers until I really scared myself. STRANGE. Now I know everythings okay, and
Pomegranets and their juice are so good for your body and blood, don’t have fear, try it out. Very restorative. The seeds are like a scrub for you insides. Gods gift to health, I am sure, like grapes and figs etc. Yummy also.October 8, 2004 at 7:33 am #105270
SGParticipantIdaho have a song called Pomegranate Bleeding

AatosParticipantAnnastefka: You are almost as old as my parents. My parents are somewhere beetween 45-50 years old.
I guess Ten Years After was pretty big in the end of sixties and beginning of seventies.Doh, my money is running low now, and i just keep on buying music and things, and weekends are always so expensive.. Bought the Pixies – Pilgrim whatever because it looked so cool in the store. Its one of the new vinyl prints.

AnnastefkaParticipantRich, you are so funny! Enjoy your 20’s and then someday you will find the girl of your dreams but I am sure she will want you to give up just about everything that is making this October so damn good
for you.Yes Aatos, My husband is 42 and not too long ago he brought out the "10 years after " and a bottle of whiskey. It doesn’t happen often so I forgave him.
Oh, Rich, I have heard a wonderfully silly song about New Jersey and it has "Parliament lights" as part of the song. I will try to find it for you. The Juanster Monster just walked in and he told me he would help me turn the song into an mp3 and post it here for you.
I worked for a few years in Jersey as you know so I sort of developed a fondness.October 8, 2004 at 12:23 pm #105275
