    Here’s some very cool news from Germany that Jeremiah passed my way and wanted me to post.

    Thought you and the other Freakscenesters would be interested to know that J. will be performing 2 solo shows this month in Germany.

    Oct.27th-Berlin-Tacheles Cafe
    Oct. 29th-Köln (Cologne)-Gebäute 9

    J’s hanging out here in Berlin for a few weeks and his back seems to be much better although he claims that it’s still too painful to play drums…

    I am glad J is making it happen again! [img]images/smiles/converted/smile.gif[/img] To do what he is doing so soon after breaking his back is truly as amazing as the music he makes.

    Hope to get off my dead behind and finally go see him at the Empty Bottle. Great news Mattman and Mucker.

    Just an update on the Empty Bottle gig on 12/1 in Chicago….
    Checked Ultimatum’s site, yes, there is a listing for the show on that date at that location. Checked the Empty Bottle’s site, they do not have December’s show posted yet. Emailed thier box office await response.
    When I get the times and prices, will post them at once. If this is a go, feel free to post your interest here and maybe we can hook up. Would be my first J show, but I am from Chicago originally and the show is on a Saturday so we could have some fun [img]images/smiles/converted/biggrin.gif[/img]

Somehow you missed the usual welcoming committee we have here [img]images/smiles/converted/smile.gif[/img] If you want to, the Introduction area is a good place to go and meet folks by sharing your initial J or Dino stories.

    P.P.S. as far as weekend BEARS propaganda,
    chances are excellent they could end up alone in first place. Baltimore plays Green Bay, Tampa Bay plays Tennessee and Minnesota anbd Detroit play each other. The Bears play Arizona and lost to them in the preseason, but I think this is a different team this go round.
