i got this info announcing the merge night lineup at the cmj festival, but when i clicked on the cmj link i noticed sonic youth + mike watt + the secondmen are playing this year’s festival as well … … so it’s good news for the new yorkers around here :aliensmile:

Merge Night at the CMJ Music Marathon Lineup Announced!

October rolls around and it’s time to see too many bands in the space of 5 days, stay up too late, and abuse your liver repeatedly. No, I’m not reminiscing about the Merge 15-Year Anniversary back in July, I’m talking about the CMJ Music Marathon. Here’s Merge’s contribution to this year’s festivities: Appearing in reverse order at the Mercury Lounge, Wednesday, October 13:

David Kilgour
