rambleonParticipantQuote:His voice is in fine fettle too – it’s easy to dismiss it as nasal but live it’s effortless and perfectly complements the ferocity of the guitar sound.couldn’t have put it better myself

FlyingCloudParticipantgreat review!!!
cool to see that there are more Dino/J appreciators work for MusicOMH🙂
…good site, btw.! it’s good to see the Indie topics are not ignored besides the pupular stuff, but seems to be up there side by side. and that’s great for a site with as many hits as you mentioned before.
I didn’t know it before, but bookmarked it nowJanuary 26, 2005 at 2:26 pm #106684
sticksman79ParticipantFirstly before anyone gets testy i could listen to J play Dino songs all day, but, why does he seem to play the same songs over again. I have seen him a few times now and downloaded plentya bootleg and there are some songs he just will never play, Dino and solo. Is it because they are trickier to get right live or does he think people want to hear the same ones. As a fan it would be great if he played something off Without a Sound or more solo stuff. It’s peculiar to me and maybe this topic has been discussed to death so excuse me if i’m being boring.
Anyhow the Bush show was great of course and just thankfull he played. Highlight for me was "Get Me", again probably.

I didn’t know it before, but bookmarked it nowThanks! You’ll be pleased to hear that there are quite a few Dino / J appreciators at musicOMH – the ticket we had was in high demand! I think Dinosaur Jr had a way of appealing to indie fans and metalheads (like me) in a way that not many other bands could.
