I posted a link to that article on another post, I think it was that post with the KISS wine. I too love most all things KISS. I have tons of memorabilia (that my wife thinks is hideous) like comic books, action figures, tour books, trading cards, etc. Too much to list really. I’ve never liked coffee though so I doubt I’ll make the trip. Pretty soon Gene is going to have his own country at the rate he’s going!

i put on my kiss lps once in a while. I like Ace Frehleys 78 solo album best of the four solo albums, though there are some cool stuff on the others as well. Peter Criss album I have not listened much to, but recently was recomeneded giving it a try. That’s the kind of sugar papa likes.

There are some killer tunes on most 70’s kiss albums.

Room service, take me, ladies room: you name it.
I have all albums on vinyl. But I’m not a collector of memorabilia.
I downloaded a lot of kiss stuff a year or two ago , and the kiss unmasked tour video from australia is good.
good version of I was made for loving you. I recomend.

I read a gene simmons biography this summer, where he, among other totally fucked up crap, stated that he´s never been a fan of music. The band is a job, something he did just to get rich or something to that effect, and that it was ok for him if they got some guys to dress up in their costumes, put on the make up and tour as kiss. Danny Fields has said(quoted in Please Kill Me,) that all musicians are assholes but gene simmons must be the biggest of them all. I wish him all the worst. Some of the music is good, but the man is a total twat.

He has a reality show ?!? That is fitting, the most unreal man this side of peter pan in a reality show.
I had the misfortune to see him featured on mtv cribs, it gave me a headache.

Kiss Frontman Paul Stanley Welcomes Baby Boy

Kiss frontman Paul Stanley and his wife Erin Sutton welcomed a baby boy into the world last week. Colin Michael Stanley weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces, when he was born in a Los Angeles hospital.

Stanley quips, "Lucky for him, he looks just like his mother."

    erin the great!!! hahahaha

well… I think Paul is a great husband, he doesn’t have the same philosophy as Gene. So he’s probably a mono player. With all his money on tops of the cake, he is every womans dream.

Oh, no not the Job=Money thing, gosh what was he thinking?
Just Kidding, HOW could you not realize this? I saw through that stuff back in 1975 and I was like 11 years old.
I’m not kidding, my neighbor (a boy) asked me if I would like to go with him to Memphis to buy some music with his parents, there were NO record stores in my Mississippi town at that time……….he bought a kiss Album and I bought Cat Stevens Greatest hits……………..I thought that those Kiss guys were a bunch of buffoons even back then.

but now at 40 I admire artists who are working it, JOB = MONEY, that’s why I’m on the Patterson Hood, DBT, thing right now, I realized those guys are smart, they are managing the heck out of their careers………..When you are young and your parents are still alive well, you know you can always fall back on them, but you got to think of the long run……………………Gene, yes the idiot he may be, was thinking about the long. run………………….My husbands Mother and my Father are starting to get to the point where they have enough money to see them through the rest of their lives but thats it, they more and more depend on us to help make decisions and such.
