Hey Db: I think you mean the songs should remain "lost"?

For the people who don’t know Anouk (hopefully the most of you people out there
): imagine a combination of Tori Amos & Alanis Morisette, but thinking in Dutch and using some cheap Internet translation tool for her "lyrics", backed by a lame 80’s rock band…. Sounds like your worst nightmare come true? ….indeed….

HansioneParticipantIf you’re interested, dB isn’t, but try http://www.anouk.nl.
I think she has a great voice (compared to Tori Amos & Alanis Morisette) and good looks (compared to Tori Amos, Den Buck & Alanis Morisette)The internet translation bite, brings back a nice story about a durch band who were thinking to made the great. The band was called Sandy Coast and they had a hudge no one hit in Holland with a song called: "True love thats a wonder". They tried to plug it in England but the record company overthere just said, the word "wonder" doesn’t mean the same in English as in Dutch: Miracle!!
I think the story is years before all the internetsolutions -
