AGAPParticipantHey SG,
Picked up a live Archers of Loaf yesterday. Seconds before the Accident..gotta love that version of Fashion Bleeds
Still no new Modest Mouse around here, starting to look like a road trip might be the way to go. Sometimes the selection around here just sucks

bobParticipantI just got the cure staring at the sea, superchunk here’s to shutting up, and the single on vinyl of "just like heaven" With the big sleeve I finally realised what the cover was; i always thought it was a cave or something but it’s a hole in a skull exposing a brain, gross. All the songs are on one side and the other has etchings of brains and birds and cereal boxes on it. Pretty cool

SGParticipantYeah I bought that Archers live album back in August, lots of good tunes on it.
fav Archers lyric-"so full of shit, let`s write some hits"-from "The Lowest Part Is Free".
I was hoping they would put "After The Last Laugh" on it and the audience could sing the end part.October 4, 2001 at 6:46 am #66569
turnipfarmerParticipantfinally was sent "Wasted Lovesongs" by DinoJr. pretty good quality recording with an ass-kicking version of "Sludgefeast". as usual a gruesome written playlist, it says "Thump", "They always core", "Keep the flove". last week I put my hands on "Out There Live 97" still waiting…

simmonsParticipantas I wrote in a the other day I am quite happy these days cause I got hold on monsters eat orpheum ( silverdisc/w booklet of course… )I also found a ton of dino 7" and cd singles. I can assure I paid a month’s wages for it, but dinosaur jr is definitely worth starving for.
But the good news doesn’t stop there. You see, I am waiting for two more dino-bootlegs to arrive in my mailbox. Those are A tribute to charlie christianand Water( both silverdiscs of course)

turnipfarmerParticipantlucky you, simmons, but sorry that you had to pay so much for these boots. I suggest you to regularly check eBay. "Wasted Love Songs" was 21 DM (about 11 US$) and "Out There Live 1997" just 9 DM (about 5 US$)!

simmonsParticipantHI TURNIPFARMER!
I still feel bad about that shitty video I sent you. I know it’s very uncool to keep people waiting . But I am hoping to make it up to you one day By the way the bootlegs I have bought has cost around 20 $ each, not very cheap but I didn’t have to worry about shippingcosts since I bought them in my hometown.

eggwaterParticipantI just bought Vaya 10" by At the Drive In – it’s great especially side A – sadly this band have split up.
also got a Naked Raygun LP…not my bag I’m afraid (salamiguy) a bit too obviously political and dated…unlike the Minutemen who are the greatest (just thought I’d slip that in).
later adam
