guests replying to posts?

It says on who`s online that guests are replying to posts,how can they?you have to be a member to post.

This Is The reason:

When they read a Post & want to reply they push the reply button,
thats why its seen on "The Online Screen"

But they get the following Message:
You are not logged in. You must be logged in (and registered) to perform this function.
Login or Register

So thats why U dont see a post from a Guest
