Fog album cover

I was wondering about the pic that is on the More Light album cover.

It kind of reminds me of one of those aura photographs and I cant help but picture J walking in to one of those metaphysical shops with his guitar and strapping it on to pose.

and those "J leading old people pics" on the inside; is he implying something about the….ummm…"maturation" of the Dino fans?

I guess I’m one of those old fogeys, now…who’s happy to follow J along into his solo years,

I think that photo is from a music video he did in the 90s. I can’t remember what song it was for, but there was snow on the ground and a lot of people around a bond fire. Also I think that was a Jaguar rather than the usual Jazzmaster.

Maybe the shot had a "solerize" video effect on it…

This album cover reminded me of something my boyfriend said when I was 16. We were outside and there was a shadow being cast onto the side of his white house, and he said it looks like a future album cover. His hair was draping just like J’s. I just thought to myself, you’re nuts if you think you’re every gonna be anything worth album covering. When I got the cd, just last week, it reminded me of this. I should track him down and call him. No, better to not now. I don’t want to attach my new favorite cd with the past. I don’t like the song though, More Light.
