I didn’t think that he was using an effect except the very last chord. It sounds like real fast tremolo picking. But the last chord I reckon is probably just some very light chorus, tremolo or flange (chorus or trem more likely), with a reasonably fast rate, but not much depth to give it a wobbly/bubbly effect.
Thats just my opinion and I don’t make any claims of accuracy or anything.
quote:
"Pessimism does not exist. It is merely a word used by optimists to discredit those who see the world how it really is." – Terry Pratchett

Yeah I think the fuzzy bits are just tremolo picked but the last chord is either chorus or possibly a phaser. I don’t think it’s tremolo because… well, it just isn’t Actually, it might be. Just use any of those modulation effects with the rate turned up and you’ll probably get close.

I actually won the bidcontest for a Clone Theory pedal on Ebay the other day. Haven’t got it yet, but looking forward to receiving it.

I am looking to sell some classic Dinosaur Jr. pedals. I hate to sell them but I need the cash for rent. I am looking to sell a vintage clone theory in good shape sounds excellent one knob has been replaced; a vintage memory man some scratches but excellent shape and sound, three knobs with echo and chorus; a rarely used roger mayer classic fuzz from 1998-autographed by R.M. and unpainted unlike other classic fuzzes that are black. And the new black big muff used three times sounds really solid. I would sell the clone theory and memory man for about $150 each and the classic fuzz for $70, and the big muff for $35. If you buy them all I will sell them for $350.Email me at [email protected] if interested.
