SGParticipantIf it was such a big hit Jaron and you think that my GUESS was so funny, why did`nt you tell Kurticus7 it was U2 last friday when he asked in the chat room?
LOL at the peesmellingbollymanfromvirginiaOctober 3, 2001 at 3:00 pm #66284
everyonelovesjaronParticipantI don’t remember him asking or else I would have said something then, Salami. No offense meant, I just thought it funny someone confused U2 and Afghan Whigs.

SGParticipantThe Whigs do cover some songs you would`nt expect sometimes;ever hear their version of Barry White`s "Can`t get enough of your love"?
Tony was talking about Straight Outta Compton the other day,the Whigs cover that in live shows.
I saw a list of Dulli`s fav albums once, this says something about the Whigs music,Prince and the Velvet Underground were listed.October 4, 2001 at 2:34 am #66286
JavroModeratoryeah jaron….
anyway, I’ve definitely heard Dulli singing it somewhere. i think. " He would do a wicked version, Dulli is the world’s whitest black man, he needs a smokey, seedy bar to perform the best.
"Don’t forget the alcohol, ooh baby"
"come on little rabbit, show me where you got it, coz I know ya got a habit"November 20, 2001 at 2:48 am #66287
