As you all know by now I am a Kerry supporter, though I do not believe John Kerry to be the best candidate, I say we give him a shot, if he doesnt do good we get someone new in after his term is done.

    Kerry.

1 ) I tend not to vote with my pocketbook. There are things the government has to do, since trickle down is a fallacy.

2 ) I feel that the Constitution of the United States is not to be used to DENY people rights.

3 ) Regardless of when you believe life begins, there is no way I want that legislated. When life begins is a personal belief.

4 ) The War on "terror" is just preying on people’s fears. You can not have a war against a tactic.

5 ) The Invasion of Iraq has been a huge mistake. We should have never gone in. Anybody with 1/2 a brain about Iraq and Al Qaeda knows that there is NO WAY Osama would work with Saddam. Osama wants Islamsist states, while Saddam was a secular leader.

6 ) Democracy is not something that can forced upon a people who do not want it. It has to start from within.

7 ) I want someone in the White House who is more intelligent than me. I hate the reason "He relates to the regular guy". I DO NOT want a "regular guy" running this country.

    8 ) I care about our environment.

9 ) I care about nuclear non-proliferation. I do not want the US developing smaller, more useable nukes (our bunking busting nuclear bombs research).

    10) We can not be isolationist. The ethnocentrism of this administration is scary. What maybe right for the US, may not be right for the rest of the world.

I think I could on longer.

    Carl.

p.s. Early Voting rules. I voted on Monday, not absentee.

not me – we had to replace the Kerry signs 10 times because people were stealing them during the day and replacing them with *suprise* w ones.

I’m totally shocked & horrified by the results, I can’t really believe george w has another four years to mess with the world… :?

I watched the late news yesterday, thought Kerry would pull off Ohio…but no, don’t think I’ll be watching the news for awhile, just can’t stand the thought of watching republicans like tucker carlson gloat :!:

politics of fear & hate won, I just don’t get it :(

Vancouver has a climate people from the southern US would love, Montreal has the old world charm of older european cities, Calgary is up and coming, if you don’t mind cowboys…
