bug reissue

I managed to buy the reissued bug for the improved sound quality and the videos. It sounds great but the videos dont seem to work. Ive tried many versions of quicktime and it all turns to poos. I get an error message thats complaining about something like codecs and decompressors. Can anyone help? Are you getting the same problem?

ye th the video format sucks.. i got the little fury things and there is a huge chunk missing in the middle of the video.
it sucks.

I’ve had no problem with any of the reissues videos, able to play
them thru many times

Hope you can figure it out, there was some discussion in the following link about some confusion around how to access them…reissues thread page one

If you can’t get them to work on your computer, try someone elses just to make sure you didn’t get a defective disc.
