eggwaterParticipant…if i were to include links to mp3’s that are already officially available (e.g. sameday – is available on cityslang.com) on my website…essentially offering the mp3 link route as a download!?
would this be a copyright infringement?
maybe Jeremiah knows the answer to this?!

If your link to Same day leads to the MP3 put up on the cityslang server, it’s legal, unless the site doth protest, which is doubtful unless it becomes a high traffic item.
Go ahead.

MattmanParticipantIt’d probably be a good idea to mention Cityslang’s site w/ a link if you’re linking directly to them. Just to be safe… Giving proper credit and all that.
