That is Buddy Rich. He was a really famous drummer and used to be on the Johnny Carson show a lotta years ago. If it is the recording I think it is, it is Buddy berating his band members on the tour bus. I thought this was really wierd they played this because I have a copy of the same thing. An old boyfriend gave it to me years ago cause he knew I was a Buddy Rich fan and that I had been on an elevator with Buddy once when I was a lot younger. I was on an elevator with J once, too. Both times I pretty much geeked out.
