Flaming Lips- Clouds Taste Metallic-I love everything this band does. A very underrated band.
Birthday Party-Hits- Nick Cave is a brilliant song writer. The Birthday Party were so raw and aggressive.
The Mermen-A Glorious Lethal Euphoria-The sticker on the promo copy of this cd I purchased read, "Dick Dale meets Sonic Youth". I now listen to the Mermen more than I listen to Dick Dale and Sonic Youth. J, Jimi, and Jim Thomas (Mermen) are my favorite guitar players.
Teenage Fanclub-Grand Prix-Great band, great cd.
Travis-new cd-They remind me of Teenage Fanclub, which to me is a good thing.
Radiohead- OK Computer-I respect the fact that they’ve decided to go in a different direction, but this is the last Radiohead album I liked. I hate fake drums!!!!!!!!!!
