Just wanted to take a moment to clarify my earlier response to dimpfelmoser. I didn’t intend to come off as having a chip on my shoulder about Kerouac for god sakes. I guess I just enjoy debating, and in that, I was defending a hero of mine. That is all. I just don’t see how that book is overated. Appreciated maybe. Anyway, no need for a philosophy forum. Speaking my little mind is all. My 2 cents. weeeeeeee. I’m envious of your journeys, it really does sound like a blast. There are about 38 states I have yet to see and I’m from this place! I’m sure I’ll be seeing ya on the boards…..
