I too, don’t understand why you dislike ‘Alone. ‘Alone’ is my favourite song, because of what you just described. The beauty of the song is fact that he just repeats one word over and over again. I feel (which is my opinion, if you would ask J he’d probably say, he’s just playing guitar…), that the word ‘Alone’is all he can say with words, and that the guitarsolo all the emotion and feel that comes along with being alone and having just broken up with a girl.

Anyway, I can’t think of a song I don’t like right now. I’d say Mountain Man, too, i guess.
