I’m not a hateful person, I just dislike something as impractical as a Memorial that stands only as a memorial. I recognize that many people died here, but that isn’t reason to take up space that can be better used elsewhere. there’s no reason that we couldn’t build a new trade center on the site, and maybe turn the lobby into the memorial, or something, but turning such a large plot of land into a memorial for people who simply had huge misfortune(i know that sounds more callous than intended) simply seems impractical.
