Allison,the elementary school gym sounds like a Fugazi show that happened a few years ago in a small town in New Brunswick,they played there for some reason,weird venue;they played a bingo hall here.I heard once that Big Black played at an electric power plant.
The Rock A Teens,a band from Georgia I really like recorded their first album in a high school gym for the reverb effect.
To get back on topic,onions are the only thing I think brings out the taste on a burger,I don`t eat burgers that often,but all the other junk like mustard and relish and stuff does`nt come near to good taste that onions have.
Of course I have weird taste,I drink milk with potato chips,used to make my friends sick.
