Speaking of covers, my mom literally abhors the Pumpkins cover of "Landlside" by Fleetwood Mac. My dad’s cool about music but I don’t recall him being too keen on it either.

I think when bands do covers, it’s abig risk/reward as far as parents go. Some are sentimental and a band preforming a song they like on rubberband/tissue box guitar would be cool, but for others it’s sacriledge.
