Anyone that thinks Neil Young is a country artist has been living under a damn rock the last 30+ years. I’ve always liked the way he was willing to try new things and take risks, especially when he didn’t have to. He could easily do the ACDC thing, and play the same song over and over and over, but he constantly tries new things. I repsect someone that does what the hell they want to do (so I guess I’m a big hipocrite, because I’m sure ACDC is content playing the same song the last 25 years). I prefer the Crazy Horse stuff, but respect the fact that he is willing to try new things.
