Not to get off topic but my theory is the first album you hear by an artist,not necessarily their first album is the one you like most.That seems to happen to me alot,it`s the one you hear first when you discover an artist,therefore your favorite.</STRONG><HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
Yeah… sort of 2nd novel syndrome with authors, only with music.
I agree with your second part, it sort of fits in my, "the sound of the artist was new and fresh thing." I guess if more bands I liked I had discovered a few albums in, that might be true.
Anyone else? Is it because we remember the album fondly or because the others were inferior?
