It is a great cover of the Parlaiment/Funkadelic classic (which contains the prelude as well) found on the Watt + allstar "Ball-Hog Or Tugboat?" album.
An impressive note about that track: Watt said that they recorded that in one take as J new every note by heart [img]images/smiles/converted/smile.gif[/img]
