Many years ago (about ’89 or ’90), I really liked this local band and eventually came to be their managerpromoteretc. They really dug Dinosaur and a lot of people said they sounded similar to Dinosaur. I had to check this Dinosaur band out. The first Dino album I bought was Bug and I have since purchased everything I could find that has ever been done by J. I have never found any other music I liked better.

A nice thing J did – the singerguitar player of the band I managed was in a serious accident and having numerous problems. J sent him a get well card signed "Your friend, J". It meant a lot to my friend and his mom still has the card.
