We use Hosting 4 Less here http://www.hosting4less.com (although we have a custom non-advertised package)

If you want a free or cheap host, here are some that may work for you (with no ads or cheap removal)

Brinkster – This is mostly for ASP pages.
I have one hosted there for some of my Bulletin Board Mods – http://www20.brinkster.com/jhester

DataBlocks – down now but keep checking

Directoris – one time fee of $14. Speed is sort of slow but it is a great deal (tons of features) [img]images/smiles/converted/smile.gif[/img]

Dot Easy – You have to transfer your domain but it is free with all those features
