Help locating an article please

I'm trying to find that article / interview where the writer talks about Mascis "pointing his guitar to the sky and it ceasing to be a weapon".

Does anyone remember this, and know where i can find it..?

I've looked and am starting to feel sick looking at this screen.

I don't recognise it offhand but I have a bunch of interviews and articles from magazines. Any ideas when it was from?
