...being head coach of a team has it's advantages, one is i control the music at practice, which makes most of my girls sad and is driving my assistant coach up the wall, she listens to "new" metal, her favorite bands are linkin park and hinder. I laugh and inflict special mix tapes, comedy being most of my girls are shocked that anyone even listens to tapes anymore let alone makes them, well watch out there are more where this one came from, i did get alot of this stuff from the girls but only tracks i can handle make the cut, i just realize there is no J to be found but this is just tape one but it has lasted two days of pactice but i need to start tape two tonight...

no i definitly am taking suggestions, but it's a slippery slope, the songs have to have a level of quality to them so i can stand listening to them but at the same time they have to appeal to high school girls. Today was a proud practice as someone asked if it was Rancid when Operation Ivy came on...

What is the best tennis shoe for my daughter? My daughter just returned to gymnastics after being out for 9 months. Before, she always had trouble with her ankles and tore her achilles tendon once. She has weak ankles and complains of them hurting. What is the best tennis shoe for her to wear outside the gym? Thanks!

How do you pop a tennis ball off of the ground using your foot and your racket? I am a definite tennis player, and its always a pain to pick up the balls after tennis practice. I've seen my coach and some other players use their racket and their foot to pop the tennis ball off the ground. Can anyone tell me the basics on how to do this?
